My story “What Remains to Wake” is now free to read on The Deadlands’ website, and will remain up for non-subscribers through the end of the month! It was released yesterday morning, and in the meantime has gained a couple of really wonderful reviews from Charles Payseur and Maria Haskins.
Charles reviews tons of short fiction every month through his Quick Sips Reviews series, while Maria likewise runs a monthly short fiction review series on her blog. Both work tirelessly in the spec fic short fiction space – I’m always amazed by the quantity of Charles’s reviews and all the incredible writing, reviews, and promotion Maria puts out!
