I’m really excited to announce that my story “The Nine Scents of Sorrow” is getting a Polish translation!
“The Nine Scents of Sorrow” originally appeared in Uncanny Magazine in 2020, and was nominated for a 2021 World Fantasy Award. It’s getting translated into Polish and will appear in a future issue of Nowa Fantastyka, a Polish speculative fiction magazine. Nowa Fantastyka sounds like a pretty cool and legit magazine – their Wikipedia page mentions they were the first place to publish work by Andrzej Sapkowski, the author of The Witcher series.
This is my first story to be translated into another language, so I’m pretty excited to see the final product – and hopefully reach a new audience of fantasy lovers in Poland!
