Where’s Jordan: October/November ’22

My next few weeks are going to be very busy!

I’ve got a very exciting end of October and early November planned. The last week of October, I’ll be taking my first trip to Europe! We plan to stay in London and Paris and do lots of sight-seeing, visiting museums, bookstores, and the opera, and drinking all the tea and eating all the bread and cheese! I hope to be able to post some updates in early-mid November detailing all my favorite bookish places we were able to visit.

In early November, right after returning from my trip, I’ll be attending the 2022 World Fantasy Conference. Though the conference in based in New Orleans this year – not so far from North Carolina – I’ll be attending virtually, as I imagine I’ll be pretty exhausted at this point! The World Fantasy Con’s programming list is already up, and I’m really excited to attend some of these panels. The $125 virtual registration fee remains a great deal for all of this fun discussion and knowledge – and I’m happy to see the membership fee has been partially waived for award nominees this year. It seems the committee may have taken some of the award nominees’ critiques last year to heart.

If you’re going to be at the World Fantasy Conference this year, drop a comment and let me know! It would be great to connect!
