New Story Sale to Uncanny Magazine

I am very excited to have a fourth story forthcoming from Uncanny Magazine!

“The Terrarium” is set in the fae-filled Georgian world of the novel I’m currently working on. It’s the only story I’ve ever tried using footnotes in, and probably the most meta story I’ve written to date. I was a little worried about whether the story and its meta elements worked or not, so this sale felt like a wonderful boost and proof that (maybe?) I was doing something right. I can’t wait for you to read it, and to meet Charles, Freddie, and their world.
